Refund Policy

Subscriptions and cancellation

New subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the price accepted at checkout until canceled. Cancel through CCBill Support before your next billing date to stop future charges. Access remains until your paid period ends. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment. Previously purchased manual passes keep their original terms. Individual post unlocks are one time purchases.

Problems with an order

If CCBill confirmed payment but your access did not appear, contact support@manyfans.net with your account email and ManyFans order ID. We will investigate duplicate charges, failed delivery, and other eligible refund requests. For billing assistance, you can also visit CCBill Support. Do not send your full card number, card security code, or password.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through CCBill. The time before a refund appears depends on the payment provider and your bank. A request does not itself confirm approval of a refund. Any rights you have under applicable law remain in place.

Access after refund

If a payment is refunded or reversed, including a chargeback or void, access granted by that payment ends. Other valid purchases remain available.
