1. Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse completed billing periods.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, unauthorized access, or technical delivery failure.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is opened, account access may be limited while the dispute is investigated.
